2. Use of Services

J'aimePDF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

• Uploading or processing files containing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

3. User Content

For tools that process your files, you retain all ownership rights to the files you upload or process ("User Content"). As stated in our Privacy Policy, for most tools, your files are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to our servers. In cases where server processing is necessary, files are deleted shortly thereafter. We claim no ownership over your User Content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all their original content, features, and functionality (including, but not limited to, all software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by J'aimePDF, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will J'aimePDF be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
